1. Security approach

Harmonia Repo Ready is designed to analyse sensitive software repositories, so security is treated as a core product requirement.

2. Measures

  • HTTPS/TLS for data in transit.
  • Access controls and role-based permissions where applicable.
  • Secure cookie configuration for browser sessions.
  • Secrets management and production environment validation.
  • Security headers and production API documentation restrictions.
  • Dependency, static analysis and secret scanning in CI where configured.
  • Logging and monitoring for suspicious behaviour.
  • Least-privilege access to infrastructure and repositories.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Use strong passwords and secure authentication.
  • Review repository permissions before connecting integrations.
  • Do not upload secrets or regulated data unnecessarily.
  • Validate AI outputs before applying fixes.
  • Keep your own systems, dependencies and deployment pipeline secure.

4. Vulnerability reporting

Report suspected vulnerabilities to support@multivohub.com. Include steps to reproduce, impact, affected URLs or endpoints and any relevant screenshots or logs. Do not access other users’ data or perform destructive testing.

5. Security disclaimers

No audit tool can guarantee detection of every vulnerability, design flaw, insecure dependency or deployment issue. The Service provides signals and recommendations, not a guarantee of security.
